QUALITY OF THE PROJECT
The foundations and structures are reinforced concrete.
The exterior walls of all houses are rendered and have cavity insulation of 10 cm with drywall interior construction.
The windows will be double-glazed with a thermal bridge to ensure maximum insulation and security windows will be fitted.
Internal walls are constructed in a steel frame consisting of cavity insulation of 70 mm, boarded by 15 mm of the board on either side, providing the maximum soundproof insulation possible.
