Walking distance to Punta Prima beach and a few minute’s drive to all the beaches in Costa Orihuela and 5 minute’s drive to the Center of Torrevieja.

Punta Prima has a lot to offer for sun-thirsty northerners. Miles of beaches, 320 sunny days per year, good infrastructure, and plenty of leisure activities. The residential area is well located close to various coves and beaches including Punta Prima, La Zenia, Playa Flamenca and the beaches of nearby Torrevieja. Punta Prima Commercial Center is less than 10 minutes walk away. All amenities are within walking distance. Punta Prima beach and the coast are at a distance of a few minutes walk.
